Refund/Return Policy:
The Moose offers a 30 day return policy for all men's grooming products. Shipping Is to be paid for by the customer for the return. All custom products are not returnable.
The Moose Nashville is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filling all claims. The Moose Nashville is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.
*For any domestic packages returned back to us for having insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., customer will have to pay for reshipment of package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
**For any international order returned back to us for either having insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., customer will have to pay for Express shipping.
